- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will ship via USPS. Please allow an additional 3-5 days to process.
- Orders shipping to the contiguous lower 48 States are shipped from one of 16+ distribution centers across the country. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your items as quickly as possible. That said, there will be cases where some items need to be shipped cross-country and require 5+ days of shipping.
- Shipping changes, including package intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-ups will be at United Motorsports discretion.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
- Special Orders - OEM Orders require an additional 2-3 business days to fulfill.
- Express Shipping available at carrier list rates.

- Customers may voluntarily split orders if one or more of the items they have ordered is currently out of stock.
- Orders with all items on backorder will ship complete once all items are in stock.
- Damaged Deliveries
- If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. United Motorsports is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
- Delivery days are typically Monday-Friday.
- Flat rate shipping prices exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and international orders.
- Orders with Hazardous Materials will ship via Ground Shipping Only.
- *Hazardous Materials CANNOT ship via USPS.
- Orders with Oversized items will have limited shipping options.
- Oversize items, such as tires, fenders and gear bags must be shipped via Ground Shipping with no exceptions. Orders containing oversized items generally all ship via Ground Shipping for the entire order, for products with these restrictions, only available shipping options will surface at checkout. Oversized products are NOT eligible to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military, US Territories, or international orders.
- Alaska and Puerto Rico
- All orders shipping to Alaska or Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $24 shipping fee regardless of order value. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Hazardous or Oversized items to Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.
- Hawaii
- All orders shipping to Hawaii will be charged an additional $20 shipping fee regardless of order value. These orders will be shipped via 2-Day delivery service. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Hazardous or Oversized items to Hawaii at this time.
- Military
- Shipments going to an APO or PO Box must be sent via USPS as the shipping carrier. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has size and content restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If you have added an item to your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, the package is probably too large to ship or includes oils and chemicals.
- Other freight options to APO and PO Boxes are currently unavailable.
- Shipments going to an APO or PO Box must be sent via USPS as the shipping carrier.
