Standard Shipping within the Lower 48 States (Ground Service)

• Orders over $75 ship free*
• *Standard Shipping is based upon package carrier rates. Some large and oversized items are too large for package carriers and will incur additional shipping costs.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via service chosen by United Motorsports
• Ground (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
• Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will ship via USPS. Please allow an additional 3–5 days to process.
• Orders shipping to the contiguous lower 48 States are shipped from one of 16+ distribution centers. Routes are determined for quickest delivery, but some items may require 5+ days.
• Shipping changes (intercepts, address changes, will-call pickups) are at United Motorsports' discretion.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
• Special Orders – OEM Orders require an additional 5–7 business days to fulfill.

  • If your shipment becomes damaged or lost, contact customer service immediately.
  • Do not discard boxes or packaging. All materials are required for a damage claim.
  • United Motorsports is not liable for claims denied due to missing materials.
• Delivery days are typically Monday–Friday.
• Flat rate shipping prices exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and international orders.
• Orders with Hazardous Materials will ship via Ground Shipping Only.
  • *Hazardous Materials cannot ship via USPS.
• Orders with Oversized Items
  • Oversized items (tires, fenders, gear bags) must ship via Ground only.
  • Orders containing oversized items typically ship Ground for the entire order.
  • Oversized products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military, US Territories, or international addresses.
  • Some oversized items may incur additional freight charges from UPS, FedEx, or LTL carriers.

Alaska & Puerto Rico

• All orders will incur a $24 shipping fee regardless of order value.
• Hazardous and Oversized items cannot be shipped to these locations.

Hawaii

• All orders will incur a $20 shipping fee regardless of order value.
• Orders ship via 2-Day delivery service.
• Hazardous and Oversized items cannot ship to Hawaii.

Military (APO / PO Box)

• Shipments must be sent via USPS.
• USPS has size and content restrictions for APO/PO Boxes.
• If USPS is unavailable at checkout, the package may be too large or contain restricted materials (oils, chemicals, etc.).
• No other freight options are available for APO/PO Boxes.
