- Orders ship from 16+ distribution centers; some items may take 5+ days.
- Shipping changes (intercepts, address changes, will call) are at United Motorsports' discretion.
- Orders after 3:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
- Special/OEM orders require 2-3 extra business days.
- Express shipping available at carrier rates.

Back Ordered Items
- Customers may split orders if items are out of stock.
- Backordered orders ship complete when all items are in stock.
Damaged Deliveries
Notify customer service immediately. Keep all boxes and packaging. United Motorsports is not liable for denied claims due to customer negligence.
General Shipping Information
- Delivery days are typically Monday-Friday.
- Flat rate shipping excludes AK, HI, PR, US Territories, and international orders.
- Hazardous materials ship via Ground Shipping Only.
- Oversized items (tires, fenders, gear bags) ship via Ground Shipping Only. Oversized items are NOT eligible to be shipped to AK, HI, PR, Military, US Territories, or international orders. Additional freight charges may apply.
- Some oversized items will incur additional freight charges imposed by UPS, FedEx or LTL carriers.
Alaska and Puerto Rico
- All orders shipping to Alaska or Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $24 shipping fee regardless of order value. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Hazardous or Oversized items to Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.
Hawaii
- All orders shipping to Hawaii will be charged an additional $20 shipping fee regardless of order value. These orders will be shipped via 2-Day delivery service. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Hazardous or Oversized items to Hawaii at this time.
Military (APO/PO Boxes)
- Shipments going to an APO or PO Box must be sent via USPS as the shipping carrier. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has size and content restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If you have added an item to your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, the package is probably too large to ship or includes oils and chemicals.
