  • Not happy with your purchase?  Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  If your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money.  All returns must meet these three requirements: 
    • RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS from date of receipt, 
    • Be in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION
    • Include all ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING.
  • Refund Policy
    • Returned products need to be in new, unused condition and include original packaging with all instruction material, tags, bags, labels, etc.
    • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, refunds will be generated.  Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.  
      • Please note – depending on your credit card company, refunds may take up to an additional 10 days before your credit is posted to your account.
      • If the original form of payment is unavailable, the refund will be issued as in store credit.
      • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
        • In store credit will expire after one calendar year.
    • United offers one free exchange for all apparel purchases.
    • You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning your order back to United Motorsport’s warehouse. 
  • Used Merchandise
    • Caution needs to be taken when checking the fit of merchandise.  
      • Any merchandise which has been mounted, worn on a ride, or marked in any way cannot be returned.  We strongly recommend test fitting boots and helmets INDOORS and on CARPET.  
      • Any merchandise with signs of use (dirt, bugs, pet hair, smells, bolt marks, etc) or missing packaging, or other than new ALL original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Free Apparel Exchange
    • To assure you are happy with the fit of your apparel item, United offers a one-time, free exchange for another like item of a different size.
      • Apparel must be packed in the original bag with all original tags.  Shipping loose garments back in a box typically results in the apparel being scuffed or soiled.  
      • Damaged or soiled apparel will be returned to the customer.
    • Sign into your United Motorsports account within 60 days from when your original order was delivered, search for the order in order history, and then follow the instructions for submitting a return request. OR
    • Contact us at (859-554-4405) within 60 days from when your original order was delivered to request a one-time apparel exchange Return Authorization (RA).
  • Return and Exchange Instructions
    • Sign into your United Motorsports account within 60 days from when your original order was delivered, search for the order in order history, and then follow the instructions for submitting a return request. OR
    • Contact us at (859-554-4405) within 60 days from when your original order was delivered to request a Return Authorization (RA)
      • Note, if you do not want to use UPS, you may use the carrier of your choice to return your items.  We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance capabilities for your return shipment.
      • All Shipments must be prepaid.  Any packages sent COD will be rejected.
  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    • Any electronic part with a broken manufacturer seal.
    • Any chemical that has been opened or seal broken.
    • Any parts with signs of installation (scuffs, bolt marks, smudges, etc).
    • Any item missing the original packaging.
    • Any Gift Card purchase.
  • Large, Oversized Items, and Chemical Items
    • Heave and large items as well as oil and chemicals have limited shipping options.  
      • These items cannot be returned via express shipping nor USPS.  
  • International Returns
    • International freight and freight returns are currently unavailable.
  • Defects and Warranty
    • United Motorsports is happy to assist customers with the process to address any defective products.
      • Each manufacturer has their own policy when dealing with warranty issues.  We will help facilitate the process, but do not extend any direct warranty on any items sold.
    • Most manufacturers do offer warranties on their products.  For specific information about the product, you are interested in, please contact either the manufacturer or United Motorsports for assistance.
  • Items Damaged in Freight
    • Please inspect your product as soon as you receive your package.  Report any damage as soon as possible so we can assist you with a claim.  Damage claims are handled by the shipping carriers (UPS, USPS) and processed according to their timetable.
    • United Motorsports is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during shipping.
